In the morning there is a free visit to a farm, where walking along natural paths among the scent of lemons and oranges the owners will lead you to discover the typical local products. You will actively participate in a cooking class that will offer you the opportunity to discover the ingredients and the little secrets of the Neapolitan tradition. At the end of the lesson you will have lunch enjoying what you have prepared and accompanying everything with typical local products such as cheese, olive oil, mozzarella, local wine. In the afternoon free visit in the historic center, rich in history and traditions: the Duomo, rebuilt in the fifteenth century, with neo-Gothic facade, and the Church of San Francesco d'Assisi, with a remarkable fourteenth-century cloister. If you wish, then, you can visit the small and delightful "Museo Correale", a splendid noble residence, where there are collections of Greek and Roman artefacts and Capodimonte porcelain. Walking along the streets and alleys of Sorrento, you can still admire the local artisans intent in their small shops to create beautiful and inimitable inlay works. Before returning to the hotel you can appreciate the production of "limoncello", "lemon cream" (which you can then taste) and the local production of confetti. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to discover Agerola and its surroundings. The name of Agerola probably comes from the Latin "ager", which means field of cultivated land as, unlike the countries below, here it was easier to cultivate agriculture. The history of Agerola is however linked to that of the Amalfi Coast and in particular the Republic of Amalfi with which divided glory and dark periods. Nicknamed "The Little Switzerland" for its pleasantly mountainous landscape, its tastefully built buildings and the admirable order of the streets, Agerola is a popular destination for tourists looking for air and wholesome food. With your car you will arrive at Nocelle, a meeting point with your guide who will lead you on foot to discover the magnificent "Path of the Gods". A pleasant walk lasting approx. 5 hours that will allow you to enjoy a fabulous view. You will have the impression of being completely immersed in a lush nature with spectacular views of the sea where the valley opens onto the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno. The very rapid slopes that descend towards the southern coast are full of spectacular gorges that make the landscape very fascinating and exciting. Lunch based on local products: cheeses, vegetables and appetizers... to discover the traditional and original culinary art. In the afternoon your visit will continue to Gragnano, the ancient Valley of the Mills where the tradition of pasta "durum wheat semolina" has a history of more than five hundred years. The first family-run pasta factories were built in the early 1600s. Gragnano was soon known as the town of macaroni. You will visit a local pasta factory where you will have the opportunity to attend the various moments and processes for the processing of pasta . Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Benevento. In this small ancient city, you can admire the triumphal arch erected in honor of the emperor, the senate and the Roman people, the church of Santa Sofia, recently renovated, one of the most important examples of European architecture of the Middle Ages and finally the Castle of Benevento, better known as the Rocca di Manfredi. Benevento is known above all for its famous wines: Aglianico, Falanghina, Fiano and Taurasi. You will visit a winery and its winery. Afterwards you can taste these famous wines accompanied by a buffet (light lunch) based on local products. Return to Sorrento.

After breakfast departure for Paestum. In this archaeological site of Greek origin you can admire the three Doric temples. The temple of Hera, wife of Zeus, is known as the Basilica, from the name that the scholars of the eighteenth century gave him for the almost total disappearance of the walls of the cell, the pediment and the entablature. The temple of Neptune is considered the most perfect example of Doric Templar architecture in Italy and Greece. Paestum is also known for its buffalo mozzarella. Mozzarella di bufala campana is a fresh cheese made with spun dough made with buffalo milk, unlike the fior di latte that is produced with that of cow. It is often called queen of Mediterranean cuisine, but also white gold or pearl of the table, in deference to the high quality food and taste of the product. Visit of a farm where milk buffaloes are bred and then tasting of Campana AOP mozzarella. Continue to the Amalfi coast. Stop in Vietri sul Mare famous especially for its pottery, which has always been very flourishing. Creative synthesis, immediacy of images, purity of colors are the characters that mark the path of Vietri production. The expressive tool is always the same: colors juxtaposed by contrast, without shadows and shades. This ancient tradition has been handed down to Vietri in forms rich in humanity, which time has not managed to scratch: there are still many workshops where this art is perpetuated with love and passion. In the evening return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
